Banking. The Firm provides legal services in transactions involving working capital (asset-based), commercial term loans, acquisitions and real estate financing. Such services include preparation of all necessary and ancillary documentation, including title-related documents, loan agreements, promissory notes, deeds of trust, indemnity deeds of trust, mortgages, indemnity mortgages, security agreements, financing statements, personal and corporate guaranties, and borrowing resolutions and certificates.
Creditor’s Rights. The Firm has extensive experience in all facets of creditor’s rights. The Firm regularly provides services to its creditor and lender clients in loan restructuring and workouts, and regularly represents private and public lenders and governmental agencies in all aspects of troubled asset management, including foreclosures and commercial collections in state and federal courts. The Firm has been responsible for Resolution Trust Corporation and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation-related restructurings and foreclosures on behalf of the federal government, resulting in the resolution of over one billion dollars in assets.
